The hotel is playing with customers they denied to give room. clearly said we don't entertain online bookings.

AC was on 30 all time . staff told us we fixed ac so number doesn't matter cooling matter . washroom doors were broken . no room cleaning staff was there last three days . over all very poor staff very poor service with disappointed stay . thank you Mi .

Hotel is decent but is more for couples.. I stayed for 2 days and couldn't anyone else but couples.. No food available though cleanliness was decent.. Ac was working though bit noisy.. Staff is polite.. One door is jammed and they have covered with curtain. .Shower was working but water was constantly dripping. Overall decent though wd have been nice if food was available. .

below average stay, staff itself a mess. I don't recommend for a decent stay. hospitality is below zero and location is cherry on top.

U may find garbage piled up under the bed... Which included thrash from months. U will find centipede and rats in the room... No maintenance and management.... Enter at your own risk.... NOT FOR FAMILY.

It was the worst stay ever. Liqour bottles were under the bed, untidy room, no latches on doors, no water bottles. Overall it has the worst service. Can't trust OYOs anymore

the rooms are very dirty and the water tap hardly works as well as landline does not work at all, every time you have to go to reception to order or for your requirements, there is a tv in a room but it is without the setup box, so you will get bored.

Hotel is located on good and easy approchable location and service is average as compare to price. Food delivery time taking is lengthy, Just few some issue with hotels, Intercom not working, Kitchen service is little late.
