The behaviour was very good and the rooms are very clean. very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Super comfortable bed. Feel really valued as a guest. extremely polite and professional. Smooth check in/out.

Because of the 12 pm check in I booked one day before from 18 june to 21 june. but landing on the hotel receptionist has just said that there is no room available and I already paid for three days. What should I do? Can I refund this amount?

very comfortable stay and cooperative staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was very polite and helped to get supplies from outside too.
