arrogant, non cooperative behaviour of staff.
shabby rooms with insects bad washroom.
reluctant to provide sleep area to my driver ( which is a normal gesture in all hotels)

worst behaviour of hotel. no eticacy of understanding the customer point my request was that my car driver be provided a place to sleep in the night or in our room.This is a normal practice in all the hotels we stayed in the past .however the hotel staff bluntly refused to my request & insisted to book a separate room this sort of misbehaviour put me into lot of inconvenience & I had to book. separate room for my car driver.
