I appreciate the humble behaviour of the executive who called me to resolve my query. He has shown an ample amount of patience dealing with multiple people at the same time with humbleness. He understood the situation quickly and acted on it as if we were like a family. I would like to thank him for his support during this long call with respect to handling the overall situation. 10 on 10. Keep doing the great thing you do to support your customers.

very bad hotel,staff behaviour was very bad,they turn off ac main switch,you don't aware,you think this is general power cut,don't go there,very attitude of this owner/manager
