this hotel is not good reason is that in this hotel wash room not cleaned. room was not cleaned and in that room available almari but in that almari not available glass for looking face.

I'm also from gwalior...but for a night i booked this hotel for urgent basis...Really very bad experience in my whole life, raat ko 12 baje se 2:30 baje tak hotel me jhagda hota raha! Bathroom me pani nahi aa raha tha.! Or jab raat ko 11 baje pani ki kaha tab next morning subha 6 baje pani mila... Pls koi bhi isme stay na kare.

hotel staff was good but attitude of service providing boy was very bad. i am rating such low only because of him. also, he switch off the electricity very often. when asked him about it, he gets offensive. i had a bad experience there. every night bathroom water gets finished. then, one have to complain and after that water tank gets full...
