Hell, worst, Pathetic, Nightmare. If any other synonyms are there we can apply all. By the time we reached after making the payment at the time of booking I was rejected checkin saying rooms are full. See that's a non refundable payment and was asked to settle in a different property which was worst than nothing. No lift Beds are broken dirty rooms and what not.

Here extra charged rupees 400 I spend for transport 300 to reach this hotel, with this money I can stay in a good hotel at my place
