very bad behaviour reception me jo h bilkul bhi manage nhi krte h aur main hotel me per night ka book kiya aur kisi emergency se main Saam ko 7 bje check in krne gya pr reception wala bolta h is rate me h hi nhi room wo bhi ac ka aur isse phle main ac wala room se ka book kr diya pr fir extraa 1000 liye bhai bhut bekaar h hotel ki condition bhai toooo worst experience aur room jo diya bhi wo bhi shade tha bs room ki condition bilkul bekaar thi gizar kaam hi nhi krta h toooo worst hotel

it was average experience. location was very nice and nice ambience. But the room I got was not up to the mark. The worst part was food. it was stale and rotten and half cooked. staffs were also of reluctant nature.

Two beds for double room, no privacy, bad service, the hotel people were behaving like they done some "ehsan" on us by us room and services, no food in odd hours, they don't cancel your booking if you are not satisfied, or they charge one day extra for cancellation, my friend got sick by having their so called RO water. WORST
