You want get the room which was visible in app so kindly be prepared you will get some cheap and dirty room.

firstly, i have to wait for 30 minutes for checkin because the reception boy was not able to get my booking. he asked me for the booking price & then i could check in. the room was not clean during check in. the door lock was open & door lock was not working. i locked the door anyhow but couldn't open it in the morning, i had to call the cleaning staff for room opening & i was stuck in the room for 30 minutes due to this issue. the towel was too dirty as it was not washed for many days. dustbin was full of garbage.

Room which was provided to me doesn't match with the picture shared on website. I was given options of two room in which one had commode without seat, and other one was even worse, flush was not working, washbasin drain was overflowing, AC was is horrible condition , tangled cables all over the wall and stained and uncleaned bedsheet, after complaining and requesting to change the Staff said that the booking which i have done has these type of rooms only.. for upgrade you have to pay extra.
