First of all the address which is provided by Goibibo is not correct, We roamed around in the area but couldn't find the hotel, tried to call the hotel but they have not picked up, after 30 minutes later they picked up the call, and guided us to the location which is almost 1 km away from the location mentioned in the app, It is clearly mentioned that breakfast is complimentary, and we have planned our day according to that, and then we get to know they cannot provide complimentary breakfast, if ...more

First of all the hotel manager handed over my room to another party despite I have booked before they arrived. After that the hotel manager convinced me for a deluxe room which is not in that price range and I have to pay extra 500 rs. to get a room.
