horrible hotel. first, they were not confirming the booking. after multiple calls, they confirmed. when we reached the hotel, the door was open. they shared was not even the key of the room. the bed linen was so dirty. when we complained to the receptionist, who was a teenager, he was so arrogant and not ready to accept the problem. he again called someone else who asked to give a different room. the new room had a damaged socket and switches. i was in the fear of electrocuted anytime during the sleep. i am wondering if they have any process of housekeeping at all.
