pathetic hotel don't go here No power back up we spend night without electricity No tv in the room , dont have proper management room .

The hotel is worst. No lift. How it is three star? Never book this hotel.I didn't stay. They denied the service that they claimed. should remove this hotel .It is at 4th floor and no lift.

Very good location kust 5 min walk from bytco .Honnest Staff and quick room service. Hot Water was easily available. AC and Wifi was provided as shown.

1. checkin was very smooth2. bedsheets were brand new, not a single stains. 3. cleanliness was spot on.. everything was super cleaned. 4. Water heater was excellent, we don't have to use electric rod for making the water hot. 5. buckets were new, and nothing was licking. 6. You don't have to ask for anything, Towels, soaps, water was provided upfront. Overall a great stay.. NOW MALE OPPOSITE OF ALL THE ABOVE POINTS, TO THE EXACT REVIEW.

while I'm booking the hotel it ask me to add breakfast. so I have paid for breakfast also but the hotel is denied my breakfast so I contacted the customer care customer care. but they are saying there is no charges for breakfast. it was surprising me while I am booking I have paid for the breakfast also. but I don't know why you are doing like this!!!! i have add the breakfast also. I am paid some amount for that.

Entrance is so dirty you do not feel like getting in. Lift is not working for ages as per the boy at the reception desk. Dirty room. They might not have cleaned the room for months together. Dust at all cupboards, counter tops. Dirty bed linen and pillow cover. A very dirty wash room. The sink might not have been cleaned for ages. The commode is very dirty. Very bad service ,I fell worst experience in hotel they didn't available me a tap water for bath ,his staff was very rude , because of this I demand my money back . One of the worst experience with this oyo hotel
