worst service. receptionist was very rude and room was not clean and no amenities provided as shown and when we asked he misbehaved with me.. very bad hotel. please don't visit.. waste of money

First of all the reception was terrible. He was rude and unwelcoming. He asked me how much I paid for the room which he can check in his system and then he asked Rs 200 but I did not pay. At one point he also said the hotel is full , it didn't make sense for me. Finally, I got a room on the third floor and tried opened the door, I was shocked when someone opened the door.
