Rooms were not cleaned and full of bad smell. Bathroom tiles were not cleaned. Bedcovers were not cleaned and full of stains. When asked to change the bed cover, they told it is fresh one and it will be like that only.
Finally we were to find alternate hotel near by for the same day and checked out at 4 pm.
This is my worst experience in hotel booking.

The worst hotel I have been to. You claimed 3 star status for this hotel. Have you ever verified this. Am not going into details now. My advocate will do it shortly.

Washroom and bathroom was with fresh flavors and spots less. excellent stay with this hotel. It was worth and good value for money. Bed was really comfortable, the staff was super friendly.
