Once you reach the reception they ask for extra money and when you deny paying they will tell you to cancel the booking and won't allow unless you pay. worst management.

Had a short stay at Flagship Sbk Icon, Pune. The room was spacious and had all modern amenities. Staff members were too professional & warm. They should keep drinking water dispensers on each floor. Rest all are much better than expectations.

Pathetic rooms never promote to anyone. Badsheet not clean. All walls are dirty spit on all walls.

i am not there now but the took 400 extra than showed on goibibo. i paid in advance while booking and when i reached there they told we don't accept goibibo bookings what the fuck.....

The experience was not too good. really disappointed with this place. Although it's a Oyo hotel but trust me it's just a lodge. They are charging you the price of hotel for this lodge. Rooms were decent, and everywhere there were stains on the walls. Bed sheets and pillows were not cleaned properly. All though is was mentioned to provide basic amenities still after reaching there they didn't provide any amenities like soap, towel etc😠 Bathroom is very small And no matters whether you are solo o ...more

Worst service ever. i will heavily recommend you not to go here. Food was awful/taste less. bed sheets was not clean. stain everywhere, Very bad Hotel to stay. I give rating 1 because there is no zero option there. Very smelly room, odor of bed sheets and pillows🤢 just can't even imagine this much un-comfort. I hated this place.
