This is the worst experience ever. One rating is enough for them. Room was dirty. They forced us to stay in the room, room was very dirty. Lock was broken. Washroom commode was broken, washbasin had leakage problem. Dinner was poor quality. And I have paid them for my breakfast, and they said breakfast will be available after 11. And send me breakfast in polythene which is bought by outside from some street vendor.

The behaviour of staff was good but I am not happy with the condition of the room. The room was dirty. Also the main lock of the room was broken and not working. They literally forced us to stay in that room by saying" only 1 room is available and I can't do anything "

very poor quality service and rooms are dirty and washroom also and room service is very poor, bedsheet and pillow also very dirty and sanitary or washroom in very poor conditions
