Dirty rooms with cockroaches. No water in toilet and ni bottled drinking water. Facilities poor them a 2 star hotel

after booking confirmation I am roaming on the roads with my family at Haldwani as checkin was denied by hotel. so tired that can't driver overnight to Delhi. yaak, disgusting experience. will never use or recomend you. your team is working on it for last 2 hours, but no resolution, no response. cheaters.

this is an average hotel.... location is not at all friendly. rooms are on 3rd floor without lift. only one poor guy was available at reception who was there for all work. there was no amenities available in the room.
