The cleanliness is just the worst. The toilet doesn't even have a proper set up (check the photos). The floors are all very unclean and not maintained well. The room doesn't even have a proper lock. There is no lift as mentioned by the receptionist.

Friendly and helpful staff. RO water for drinking. Hot water in bathroom. Ac Working.
Clean towels and bedsheets. Good Location. Priced low in comparison to other hotels nearby.
I found 4 bedbugs on the mattress, picture of one. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Pillows were dirty.
Lack of sufficient cleanliness by the cleaning staff.
No mirror in the room.

In this hotel no water & no light issue. facility is very poor. ac is not working. bed is not comfortable to sleep.

it's not too good, they don't provide us towel & soaps
another thing is they gave me a room there is no key of that room
and the washroom is also not good that flush is not working properly
