very bad experience. when i reached hotel though i had made the payment. he charged me extra 250rs. he told to pay 250 or cancel. in the last i had no option i paid and stayed

Clear cut video for your reference
They didn't provide Ac room
Till 10 pm
Then never provided water, soap, towel
Very worst experience
TV and channels are never recharged

The Location of hotel is good near select city walk one star for thisRooms are well designed. Looks beautiful, but not well maintained, spacious So another star for this.And yes outside food is also allowed in the propertyConsUnclean , unhygienic, dirty sheets.Pathetic staff.No time to time room cleaning.No towels providedNo toilet kit provided.Room was hot like oven ac was useless but thanks that they changed the room not because we asked for but just because another person offline wanted a big ...more

WORST HOTEL and also the staff is not so friendly. if you are coming from outside delhi then don't go at this hotel. you will regret. i have already done the payment one day before on this app (rs) and at the time when i reached hotel they said has shown u wrong rates our rate is( rs ) i have discussed all the things with them shown them the payments but they didn't even see and listen my things which i told them. WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN.

i have already made the payment on9 but when i reached the hotel they charged me 800 rs extra because it was showing pending Hotel room was very dirty... no service was there. There was no drinking water availabe even i called three time for water at reception but no one came.. what else we can expect from the hotel...

hotel is charging 1000 rs extra for 3 rd person even after booking from the app for the same. even u book room for 3 person ,they will not provide you room. bad room service staff. provided disposable plates for food.

first of all we were denied check in at the hotel with the manager/receptionist who was a guy who seemed to be in his 20's saying that the price at which we had booked the hotel on is not accepted by themThe staff was very rudeI did not want to stay after their rude behavior and unclean receptionbut they did not do that and charged me for the stay which did not even happenvery disappointed
