I just wanted to share my experience about the Hotel Srinidhi Inn, Bangalore. I was really disappointed when my daughter & I arrived there because even though I had paid in advance, they told us that there were no available rooms. It was quite frustrating, especially after making the effort to plan and book ahead of time.
I understand that situations can arise where rooms may become unavailable, but it would have been helpful if the hotel had communicated this to me beforehand or offered some a ...more
