Booked 1 room with complementary breakfast, lunch, dinner. Hotel refused to provide lunch and dinner. On top of that they tell "do whatever you want to do, we won't give lunch and dinner as complementary even though they are in booking details". Even had to leave the hotel due to the humiliation & rude behavior. This happened to my one of my parents who is 76 yrs old. These guys are so ill-mannered.
