Worst experience when i went to hotel reception person asked for extra money for checkin i talked in oyo customer care i waited for more than half an hour then the issue was solved

The manager denied to check in saying that they have finished the tie up with oyo and Goibibo as well so they are not accepting any online booking since long. However, they offered us room offline by paying double amount of what we paid online. We made stranded there at 11 in the night. Thanks to Goibibo for the prompt support and accomodate us at some other hotel nearby.I request you not to book this hotel online to avoid inconvenience.

hotel manager refused to give me a room and demanding 200 rupees extra, goibbo also not responded on the same matter. i have lost my advance which i have paid already.

booked the hotel by paying full payment but hotel not allowed to enter the room and asked us to pay Rs for if we required the room! this booking was not refundable so that we don't have other option and paid the hotel Rs after that only they allow to enter the room

it was good and budget stay in jaipur near wt and on jawahar lal nehru Marg Jaipur. the staff was also cooperative and supportive.

It was nice staying at this hotel. Staff is very cooperative. Location of the hotel is near to Jawahar circle. it's a really a nice visit.
