This is a scam. They say we dont see your booking and then they make you wait and say sorry its not available unless you pay double to what you already paid. Beware!

worst experience ever. i booked the room for 2 days from 20 to 21 jan. i reached hotel around 5 pm as i have gone for a medical treatment, but when i reach there the manager said i did not check in exactly at 12 pm so my room was given to someone else and if i wanted that room i had to wait for 2 hours and if i need the room right away then pay 600 more than what i had already paid for. i was so tired as lot of blood was taken for the tests. i requested him not to do so n have some mercy but he ...more
