Our stay at the hotel was exceptionally disappointing, especially considering that we are three girls who had booked a deluxe room for three adults. To our dismay, we were given congested room with just one bed. The receptionist's response to our concerns was not only rude but also unhelpful, as he refused to provide an alternative room and disclaimed any responsibility. Fraud Staff. Unsafe for family Very bad experience. worst hotel i stayed ever in my life. pathetic condition. Staff are very rude behavior. asking extra money for the room. Not recommended.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Bedcovers, pillow covers and blankets were completely untidy. This the first time I see a bathroom without a ventilation. The entire room was stinking because of that. And when we asked the receptionist about these, he is literally telling us that this is a peak weekend and you will not get any another room in this city. I had no other option as it was late night. Next morning we had to book another hotel room just for getting ready because of the unclean and stinking bathroom.
