bed was not clean at all and reception boy have not sufficient knowledge about payment as i had done full payment ; his mobile was showing "to be updated" , for which he was doubting over it. which really bad experience for me. anyhow i make him understand.

the stay was horrible. they declined my reservation upon my arrival and charged extra huge money in order to stay in the hotel.
