such a poor Hotel, I've never experienced in my life. Arrogant staffs, especially reception staff behavior is so Arrogant. rooms are so dirty, stinking smell in bed sheets, very bad toilets. I reached in the midnight, reception staff was initially told there was no booking received by them, kept waited me on roadside one hour, this is one of the worst experience I had ever.

This hotel is not hygienic also they didn't change bedsheets & pillow cover.
Bathroom also I not hygienic.

As per my booking ,complimentary breakfast is available, but they didn't provide complimentary breakfast,also they have collected ₹600 for early check in,but I didn't get any receipt

Everything was very good but only check in time should be at least 9 am or they should allow customers at the time they reach the hotel.
