hotel management asked me to sit for an hour in reception because I have done online payment instead of paying at hotel. they were not happy with the prices and also abused me infront of other guests.

hotel manager did not provided the room at the rate booked. should give the name on the list of those hotels only who do not trouble there guest at late night.

The hotel services was very poor. The fan was not working properly. There was problem in the water tab in bathroom. All of the above, the bedsheet was so dirty that nobody can even sit on the bed.

The worst experience, I've ever had in New Delhi. The hospitality is kinda 0 there. They had AC in the room but they have multiple reasons for not getting it ON. Even they have scarcity of the very basic things like water and the flush didn't working..after calling the reception so many times they will assure you to fix the things but certainly they will not. The behaviour of the reception staff was not good. Rooms were not clean, walls and bathroom were full of gutka and panmasala spitting. AC was also not working. we have raised complaint to Oyo and they have changed our hoter stay.
