the worst experience they deny checkin to the guest upon arrival they just do booking n take money n then say we don't hv classic room u hv to upgrade n take another room by paying so much extra.

Hotel staff is worst they will off the main switch of ac while you are sleeping in night. Due to save electricity bill,when you called them they said that it's a electricity power cut . It's a really awkward and stupid things. Room is small smelly tv is not working and there is no lift in hotel
