rooms are damn dirty , they change the location of the property at last moment. most unhygienic place of that area. hygiene and cleaning is very poor

No lock with the door. It is broken. Dead rat smell inside room. Bedsheet and cushion cover has holes. Dirty walls. Pathetic room service. Arrogant Staff Drunk on duty. Bad behaviour.

first,location is not so good... you can't find it easily..also the entrance of the hotel is just a gate which is 4-5 feet wider..I got confused and entered it's nearby hotel... second,check in was not so easy...they told me that there's low tariff issue,and the receptionist guy have no manners and he doesn't know how to talk to guest..all staff in this hotel are not professional worker,they don't know anything about hotel management...third, there was electricity problem for the whole day and night... so my conclusion is that don't book it.. don't let those good ratings food make you fool..
