Room was okish. It was close to other rooms. Tv was nice. Set up was not right in the room. Ac was good.
Booked my room 2 days prior. When I reached property they told me that no room was booked for me. When I showed them my confirmation and payment details, they said they have not recieved and their hotel charges were more so I have to pay more money. They demanded for extra money to provide us the same room.
