I want my refund i have also attached photos room are so dirty, location very bad. I want my refund back , i have booked another hotel. Room is not for stay .

I have been staying in this hotel a several of times, the quality of the hotel is decreasing every time I visit, Services are very poor. The Kitchen needs a lot of improvement the taste is extremely bad comparing the prices. No amenities are provided.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The only problem was with the facilities in room and unclean room. No doormat, no fan, extremely loud exaust, no good quality soap or shampoo. Could not sleep whole night.

Hotel ko dhundhne mein aur vahan pahunchne Mein Hi bahut hi dikkat Aati Hai Sahi tarike se hotel ke mark Nahin Diye gaye hain jisse
Visitors vahan pahunch sake visitors ko pahunchne mein bahut dikkat Aati Hai
Aap Logon ki sabse ghatiya service hai agar hotel se bhi connectivity Karate to Aadhar ghante Tak call ko holding per Laga kar rakhte ho aur

It's very tough to find this Hotel bcz the road to hotel from Lake is very narrow & 45° inclined for almost 2 kms .
But the manager is very helpful and view is so beautiful from this Hotel.

Its neither a hotel nor a resort. Worst place. Can't stay even for few hours there. Room, bed, towels .. all so dirty.The hotel is extremely dirty and smelling and poorly managed. The blanket room and bathroom were very dirty and smelling.No one should book it.mention room with AC but there is no Ac ,no fan and mention wrong way and wrong distance from naini lake .Refund my amount today.

I would like to recommend this hotel, if you r looking for a good location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere
The food is good, the rooms are clean . overall it was a good experience.
