we reached at night and they denied our booking,said that they have cancelled the booking from their end and offered another room for 4000. as i checked later they didn't even cancle my booking. worst experience. bad staff behavior. not at all recommended.

worst service when I went for check-in they are saying that all room are full when I asked that I had booked 2 days earlier then he said yes that time it was empty but now we have given this to some other person total waste of time please don't book this hotel room total waste of time and waste of money

while booking the hotel I was happy that this was so close to pheonix as shown in the map but when I actually went it was not so easy to locate. Although the property was in a place in peace and in a neighbour friendly environment. The staff ( neelesh) was cooperative and also helped to keep our luggage safe even after we did our check out. Surely no problem at all with this property, most of the restaurant are just near by so you can have a feast whenever you wake up.
