Hotel is good for family as well as single occupancy. Very near to airport. Good behaviour of the staff. But wash room is very congested.

Quality of room was very good. Check in experience was good. However, our checkout experience was bad.
During our checkin at night, I told the frontdesk person that I have an early morning flight at 6:50 am, and that I needed an airport transfer around
5 30 am. The staff and the attendants told me that the hotel.always has a car ready for the guests.

Location is very good. All the services were very good, specially I loved the food and late night food delivery. All the arrangements like Airport drop and early morning breakfast (take away) were hassle free.

I had a very bad experience. They didn't provide me the room which I booked and gave a small bed. The room looked very basic and filled with mosquitoes. The tv wasn't recharged and the room service was terrible. I had to call many times to fix the tv and get an extra chair for the room. Moreover, the bed sheets looked very old and dirty. They are fooling us by their photos. I won't come again.

I have booked a king size bed room and specially paid a higher price for the king size category but Hotel has denied me giving room stating non availability.....also Hotel reception staff stated that they can give only if the room is available...however while booking it was showing available and hence the booking allowed.
