The receptionist is acting busy , talking with colleagues and laughing and didn't even bother of welcoming and i have to stand twice to check for an update which is appalling to get into the room. I booked a queens bed room and they gave me a room with twins bed. The street tea which is 10 bucks is way better than your tea which cost 92 for a cup . Receptionist pathetic! Food pathetic..! Room is ok . Not good not bad. Not booking again. The hotel (transitel) right next is way better in terms of service.

The state of the rooms are horrible. Charging a lot for tiny cramped rooms. You'll not get the rooms as mentioned.

My stay was comfortable but room size is quite small .
Room freshener was also missing so after sometime there was a bad odour in the room .
Rest was okay !!
Staff was well behaved .

Most unpleasant stay. The hotel is run by unprofessionals, mostly unprofessional are the front desk people. I had the most unpleasant stay!!
not worth it in terms of the amount they charge.
Strongly not recommended for anyone.
I wasted my money on staying here for 3 days.

Nice hotel to stay for business trip. Ambience of the hotel was nice. Behaviour and service of the hotel staff was courteous and good.
