Only 1 hours late for check -out they take fine 3500for two room and we oder brkfst after 1 hour it serve after that they are calling and saying that we have paid full payment then only we will check out

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The service was exceptionally poor. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. Basic requests were either ignored or met with rude responses, which was incredibly frustrating.
The food quality was equally subpar. Meals were poorly prepared and lacked flavor, making dining at the hotel an unpleasant experience. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better service and foo ...more

We stayed for 2days.Service was good. Staffs were polite. They provided Complimentary breakfast that includes Luchi, Sabji, Pasta/Chowmin, soup, bread, butter, cornflex, milk, boiled egg, fruits and sweet. In ala carte menu, the Chinese food was bit blunt but indian food was good. The location is in the lap of the nature. The silence and the peace and chipping of the birds was bliss to the ears.

Location is Excellent Clear view of hills.Behavior of staff are good trying to satisfy as far as they can.Food quality is very good.Approch to the hotel is Mud road but as you are going for adventure camp its ok.The Resort is still under construction.So dont expect more

the hotel is in great location. they have many adventures tasks for kids. overall good ambience. hotel staff are very friendly. few upgradation is required but overall good stay.

stay was awesome. the view from the balcony was excellent. staff are coperative. the taste of the food is required some improvement.
