One of my best stays till date. This is my first-time experience in Aparthotel and I am really impressed by the hospitality and overall experience. I had been to Conrad but never knew that this gem was just nearby. I booked a spacious 1 Bedroom with Terrace. stay was comfortable...staff were very polite and professional and were available at any time for assistance...housekeeping was very good as they clean the room every day...breakfast had good options and the service was good as well. Overall I liked the stay and would definately recommend. Customer service was very good...as they accomodated my unplanned travel request without any questions. Truly professional service.
