I stayed at this hotel on completion of my trip in Jaisalmer. It is a bit away from the tourist places, but suited me perfectly as it was in a quiet place and allowed me to leave the city early. The room was neat and clean and the bed linen was also clean. The bathroom had hot water 24 hours. The staff was also very cooperative. The caretaker bought medicines for me as I ran a high fever. The only negative is that they don't have a functional restaurant. They only serve tea, coffee and some basic snacks. But zomato delivery is possible. So overall a good and comfortable stay in Jaisalmer.

It was a decent experience staying there. The manager was helpful and arranged desert safari at a good rate. But for the price they are charging, the washroom could have been better with at least basic toiletries.

The rooms were neat and clean. But we were disappointed by the food quality. They have a roof top restaurant but that is operated by a third party vendor. Apart from food, everything was good.

Far away from market. Breakfast was good. Staff behavior is good. Bathroom was clean but Toilet seat was broken.

Its not at all worth spending for a 3 night stay at this hotel which is more or less like a night shelter groups come here stay anight and go to there camp in sandunes. Bathroom was dirty linen was dirty . They gave us room at 2nd floor and it was super noisy because restaurant is at 3 floor and you can hear chair dragging other guests talking etc. i asked them for a car for.
