Very bad hotel, the switches in their room were burnt, but were not changed, due to which my friend's hand got burnt. I will file a claim for this

stay was worst.
there was all smell in entire room ,
bathroom was also not fine
it was difficult to spend the night with such environment

I request to all people please book another hotel. I came 9.00pm they not received my call. I try 1 hours after that i will reach address they told i can not provide room i have already all room book. i could not know. Where you go. After some time one person came and call for room they provide room.

Nice Stay very close to railway station and on main road and staff behaviour was very nice, good stay for solo customer.

it is one of the worst hotel in the bareilly. They asked for extra charges and denied check-in due to booking while ready to allow check-in if you are paying at hotel. The behavior of receptionist is very bad. Not recommended to stay in this hotel.
