The stay was so bad. The owner stays on the top floor, and she is so rude.There is no one in the reception. No cleanliness. I would not recommend this place at all.

the hotel is average no restaurant here and shop is very far from hotel so u don’t go without vachile, my kids are small so i m. facing problems for his milk. and property is very interior u can’t travel alone in night and water loging in front of my rooon door

Room was good but services are pathetic . There is no one to take care of you and help you for any basic requirements. Every time you have to call on mobile no which was mentioned on reception desk . Too far from Panjim but near to Dona Paula Beach . Nothing is near by to eat or move around . Not for value that paid .

Beautifully decorated Villa with boutique feel, quite place. Rooms are clean and with facility of kettle and Tea and coffee.

very unprofessional staff and the owner...they will leave you at ur own risk at night hotel gates will remain while there is nobody at the security and no one the reception leaving a board saying reception closed, they will tell you that there are the crockeries (like self service) and also at very moment of the check they will butter you up saying we will provide you this that..etc etc,. NO BUDDY WILL LOOK FOR EVEN YOU ARE ROOM SERVICE OR YOU ARE CONTACTING THE OWNER.....WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER ...more
