Showing something on site and providing the rooms different. Tv is not working. Wifi is pathetic. Pillows are smelling. Cupboards are stinking.

None of the amenities were proper. TV remote was not working, hot water was not instant, poor mobile network, no internet connectivity over hotel wifi, hotel was looking

The hotel is at prime location. However it needs maintainence. Two huge shortfalls: Outdated infrastructure and No parking space.
Their lifts lacked sensors, and two customers got injured in front of me
