A well located property with a very courteous staff. Mr. shiva kumar ensures your stay is comfortable and smooth. Though a bit old property, clean and hygiene to stay. next door to MG Road metro and surrounded with happening places.

the hotel location is very easily accessible to metro station,the stay was average as the room was little smelly, the bathroom and room was clean but the furniture and stuffs was very old and broken and the bathroom was also average . the staff was okay okay i can say , but if u book ac room its waste as the ac doesn't cool properly

our stay at octave church inn was average as the room was little smelly , the room and bathroom was clean but all are very old furniture and stuffs in simple words its a average stay

This is the worst hotel stay l ever had....rooms are not at all hygienic...washrooms are in bad conditions...no basic things like water bottles, towels are provided....weird smell is there everywhere.....it's not at all safe to be here if you are coming alone....though it is in prime location...but everything about this hotel is extremely disappointing......no one should come here.

the room was not neat and clean at all , with a bad smell as well . restroom was not neat also

Too pathetic hotel 0 zero rating.
Zero security , anyone can break your door.
Staffs are not helpful.
Everything is too old , smell is too bad in rooms like not cleaned since long back.
Toilets are not cleaned , too smell and eveything is broken.
Window is broken , very bad smell coming from curtains.
Guys please think twice to book here
