Excellent location near Bund Garden Metro Station and walking distance to KP and German Bakery. Parking is available. You can expect only 2 star property kind of hygiene and environment. Lift is small. Service was good.

one of thw worst hotel i have stayed, ac wasn't working in 38-40° temperature, same with the ROOM'S REFRIGERATOR, when asked to change thw room, he rudely said just one last room, no option, you can cancel the booking .........

it was a bad experience, hotel is totally different from what it is shown , bad rooms with stinking problem. luckily we got one room where in bad smell was not there. hotel is quite old and look shabby.. not worth a stay at this cost.. walls are cracked and in bad shape, so are the rooms

we had to check out within 2 hours as the hotel was in pathetic state. there were mosquitos inspite of mosquito repellent liquid. bedsheet was heavily stained. very bad experience. as you can see we had booked for 2 nights and we had to leave in two hours. also you can see from your data that we had booked hotel tip top international for the same two nights for which we had booked this octave koregaon park pune hotel. you should refund our money
