octave rococo right on main road of morjim . beach is 800-900 mtrs away . many good restaurants are nearby .

Fraud place!! They have kept my money upon exiting instantly when I saw that the facilities they promised were not given to me. They cheated and kept the money. No business ethics to refund back. Such places won't thrive. Karma will come back to bite.
I had booked a 2 day stay here in their Sea view room (their most expensive room) and upon reaching the place I found that my AC was leaking in the room all over the TV and the desk.

worst hotel,parking not available, entrance is dirty, lift is not working. bathroom , coridor n gallery all is very dirty, I think it's not cleaned from long time, tv not working . ask for tv , then on counter said will come shortly. but non of staff came for ask even.
For making tea, the milk powder are already expired and no pot for making tea. no soap available. Will not recommended to anyone.

great location, spacious and clean room, helpful staff. 5 min walk to morjim beach. 10 min walk to ashwem beach. lots of cafes around. but bathroom was not clean.
