Very unhygienic, room was not well cleaned and toilet we gad to flush when we checked-in . Spotted more than 15 cockroach in bed and room . Other room Service was good

These guys are the worst. no free drinking water provided in rooms and I had booked an AC room.the towels were not washed and AC wasn't working and above all there wasn't any remote in the entire room.Dont book this hotel as they don't let you check in early.Not recommended for family.

bed sheet was itching
it was indeed unbecoming of the person at the reception who said one of the duplicate reservation done on an OTA can't be cancelled and that they will send an international warrant, gosh this guy was indeed to much that too when we had already made another booking at his place for the same date
