It was a small claustrophobic room with not good washroom. The complementary breakfast had only poha and butter bread. That's it. No milk. No coffee. Would not recommend it to people coming with family.

I recently stayed at Hotel Om and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, situated conveniently near major transport links and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. i had stayed in this hotel on my tour of somnath. i had booked 2 rooms, one was bigger and anothe room was smaller. smaller rooms was facing issue like tv remote not working, AC was not working as per cooling requirement, when we ask hotel staff they have sent their technicians and fixed it on prioirty. so satisfactory response. hotel is about approx. 750meters from temple. lift was also available in hotel..thanks

Hoel is near to temple just 5 min away if you go by vehicle.Rooms were clean & nice. Manager behaviour was also good. But only problem was that we booked Trio rooms & they provided double bed rooms due to some issue. So, need to double confirm with hotel before check in. Room service was not good, person just dumped extra mattress & badsheet without properly arranging. TV remote also not provided after multiple time request.
Breakfast was also not good. Only 3 items available & that was also not hot. Need to improve it.

washrooms are very dirty in which washbasin and taps are completely covered with rust and dirt,flow of water was very unusual in the taps and I think it is due to lack of repair and service.It is very common these days in hospitality industries that they didn't care about customer satisfaction and they are least bothered about you.
