One of the worst hotel stay it was.Receptionist doesn’t know how to welcome the guest.I had never seen such arrogant girl. We informed them before booking the hotel that we cannot wait for the checkin time so if they can provide us the room once we reach the hotel, then only we will make the booking. They agreed upon this and confirmed that room is available and we dont have to wait.
