Excellent Location and excellent rooms.. Arguably one of the best properties in Goa..The staff too was very friendly and the flat was well furnished and has all the amenities that one can ask for..

This property is like a service apartment with lots of restriction. Rooms were comfortable and nice, good amenities, beautiful from the inside. In terms of security it was good but the security personal was interfering in all the matter.Location was okay however the road was very narrow towards the property.
