very disappointed with my stay. there was no dental kit provided, the bathroom switch was not working, and the bathroom door was also damaged. on top of that, there is no food service available in the hotel. for the amount of money charged, the facilities and maintenance were extremely poor. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at One Tree Stay and while the room itself looked nice at first glance, my overall experience was very disappointing.
There were several issues that made the stay extremely uncomfortable:
• The bathroom had defective fixtures, especially the hand shower.
• There was no electricity backup—in peak summer, the power went out twice during the night and there was no generator available.
• The room had no windows or ventilation, so it became suffocating during the power cut.

I really liked staying in one tree property. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The staff’s behaviour is very good. I even got a early checkin thanks to the team. Looking forward to book the same property again
