It was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my visit.

i had visited that hotel about 4-5 times and the service is quite well but recently the prices of the hotel got increased and many times when i checked in the washrooms were dirty and belongings of previous persons were there. thery should focus on the hygiene otherwise the hotel and location is best

Amazing Stay at Hotel Ontario, Patiala! Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Ontario! The rooms were modern, clean, and super comfortable. Staff were polite and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious—especially the butter chicken! Great location, fast Wi-Fi, and excellent service made it a perfect stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Patiala!

I have visited this hotel for 2 days and I like the location because it is at the walking distance from the station. Staff was also polite and cooperative. Rooms are alao quite clean and it is worth the stay.

We booked a basic room. As mentioned that there were no windows and ventilation, so we asked the owner to get it upgraded. The upgraded room cost us 500 more, but even that room was not great as per price. The sheets were dirty and the windows were smelling. Average experience.
