very bad experience
this property is very old property and not a mantain properly.
faucet is damaged bad is damaged , curtains are damaged, tv is not runing situation , tea, cofee aur restaurant facilities are not available , not provide intercom facilities,

Due to bad smells and bed toilet we have to left the hotel after checking 3:00 am and checkout at 8:00 am in the morning,

staff and hotel management , are disappointed they don't believe in service bad service for resort and club level ..they pool was not clean ..many facilities like gym , restaurants and play area golf etc are just for pemplet they dont have it in place

one of the badest and worst experience ever.
name is resort bus service is not even like guest house.
Not proper items provide which is included at the booking time.
ac not proper working
service is very bad ( even they can't provide a one spoon)
receptionist is very rude and arrogant
At the end Total experience for even 1 night is very very worst.

Hello I am really very much disappointed with our stay at Opal Club resort in Gandhinagar. You should have updated all the details so that your clients stay becomes comfortable. There was no guests at the premises as generally all of the amenities were closed. We think that we were the only guest at the resort. Rooms were of totally substandard with dirty and old furniture.
