This hotel is located outskirts of Kharghar. The road to hotel is not good & the car parking is open in hot temperature. The cleanliness is poor, the cupboard handle was broken, there were mosquitoes. Intercom was disconnected. Every time, I have to call mobile number. Since morning, the mobile number was also not working. There was no lift & the staircase was very steep. The room was located on 2nd floor. Breakfast was served in room & was average. The hotel cqlled and said that sorry although your booking has come but we dont have rooms and if it’s possible to check in Tomorrow . We then had to figure out another place Very unprofessional attitude and experience Will never recommend this property to anyone

There was no cleanliness, the room was in poor condition, there was no room service whatsoever, there was plaster peeling off, bad quilt, if there were zero stars, I would have given it, the worst hotel I ever stayed in
